I fix · speed up · build

I fix, speed up and build websites for businesses.

I help businesses when their website is slow, stuck halfway through development, or needs rebuilding and ongoing care. I explain decisions in plain language and take responsibility for the results of my work.

For nearly 20 years, I've worked with clients in Poland, elsewhere in Europe and Canada. I work under a contract and issue VAT invoices.

Ways we can work together

How I can help

Choose the service that best fits your situation. You'll see what I do and what you can expect from it.

Selected service

Website audit and speed improvements

I find out what's slowing your website down: the server, code, images, plugins or configuration. I address the causes I find and compare measurements from before and after the changes. You get a clear summary of the work and its impact on website speed. If the analysis shows that speeding it up isn't worthwhile, I'll tell you before proposing any changes.

What you getYou know what's slowing your website down, what was improved and how the speed measurements changed.

When this service makes sense

  • Your website loads slowly and makes it harder for customers to use your services.
  • Product pages or the checkout in your online store respond slowly.
  • Before rebuilding, you want to find out what really needs improvement.
Let's talk about your website

What this means for you

I take care of your website, and you understand every important decision.

01

Over 20 years of hands-on experience

I find the source of a problem faster.

I've worked on hundreds of websites. That helps me tell a simple fault from a problem that calls for broader changes. I first look at what's happening, then propose the scope of work.

My recommendation is based on a review of your website.
02

A conversation without technical jargon

You understand what I propose and why.

I explain how changes will affect the website, the experience of its visitors and your costs. That way, you can make an informed decision without knowing the technical details.

I confirm our agreements in writing.
03

An honest recommendation

Not every website needs rebuilding.

If a small fix is enough, I'll say so. If further repairs would cost more than they are worth, I'll explain why and outline the alternatives. I propose the scope after assessing the website.

You know the scope, price and deadline before work begins.
04

Direct contact

You speak with the person who knows your project.

From our first conversation through to launch, your questions and feedback come directly to me. You don't have to repeat the same information to different people.

I handle our communication throughout the project.
05

A safe launch

For larger changes, you see the result before it goes live.

For larger jobs, I prepare a test version. You can review the result and share feedback before the changes appear on the website your customers use. After launch, I check that everything works as agreed.

A test version for larger changes.
06

Support after launch

You know who to come back to.

Once the work is done, I send you a summary and answer questions about what was implemented. If you need ongoing care, we can agree on its scope separately.

Frequently asked questions

My website isn't built with WordPress. Can you help?

Yes. Most of my experience is with WordPress, but I also work on websites built with other tools. After we talk, I'll assess whether I'm the right person for the job. If someone else could do it better, I'll tell you plainly.

Someone else built my website. Can you take it over without starting from scratch?

That's one of the most common reasons clients come to me. I start by reviewing the website, then explain what can stay, what needs fixing and whether a repair makes sense. It often costs less and takes less time than a rebuild, but I can only judge that after the review.

How much does it cost?

I price each project after we've talked and I've looked at the website, because two "slow websites" can need completely different work. You'll get a fixed price for a specific, clearly described result, rather than an open-ended hourly rate. The price won't change during the project unless you change the scope.

What is it like to work with you remotely?

I've worked remotely for years with clients in Poland, elsewhere in Europe and Canada. We talk by phone or video, I confirm our agreements in writing, and I show progress on a test version of the website. You don't need to install anything or know the technical details to see where we are in the process.

Will we sign a contract, and will I get an invoice?

Yes. Every project starts with a contract that clearly sets out the scope, price and deadline. I issue a VAT invoice when the work is complete.

Do you work with businesses outside Poland?

Yes. Some of my long-term clients are businesses in Canada and other European countries. I work in English and accept payment in Polish złoty, euros or dollars. In practice, time zone differences have never been a problem.

How quickly do you reply, and when can you start?

I reply to messages within one business day. My start date depends on my current workload, but I can usually begin an audit or website review within a week or two.
